Characteristic description:
The automatic production line of face mask with outer ear belt is mainly for mass production of face mask. According to the process needs, it can include the front section feeding station and the rear section assembly station. Floor area: (see the drawing), production capacity 100-120pcs/min (considering manual loading).
Control system description
When everything is in place, the display screen of the production line will automatically display the current product type to be processed, and list the total amount to be processed and the processed quantity; the control system will automatically produce according to the following modes. The standard non-woven roll is manually loaded into the material rack and input to the operation PLC touch screen of the feeding system according to the size information data.

1. Manual traction is required for the first operation, and the automatic mode will be started after the three pleats are correct.
2. The wire feeding mechanism and the roller shall cooperate to put the nose support in the predetermined position, and the pressure roller shall close the four sides of the mask and position the nose support.
3. The cutter will cut off the mask from the coil and send it to the transplanter, and then send it to two assembly machines.
4. The belt conveyor line is matched with the turning mechanism to transport the mask to two assembly machines.
5. When the workpiece enters the machine, the traction mechanism cuts the elastic ear rope of appropriate length (adjustable), and the ultrasonic welding machine will weld the ear rope with the mask.
6. The shaping machine will shape and press the assembled mask flat.
7. The pneumatic stacking mechanism codes 20 masks into a stack (adjustable through the touch screen).
8. The belt conveyor line will transport the stacked masks offline and manually collect them into the finished product turnover box.
