Product Description

Particle board - also known as particleboardlow-density fibreboard (LDF), and chipboard - is an engineered wood product manufactured from wood chips, sawmill shavings, or even sawdust, and a synthetic resin or other suitable binder, which is pressed and extruded.
The advantages of using particleboard over veneer core plywood is it is more stable (unless it gets wet), much cheaper to buy, and somewhat more convenient to use.

3. Wide Raw materials range: small wood log and branches,veneer waste, wastes of wood processing mills&furniture factories.

4. Advanced single-pass drum dryer could be used. It adopts flue gas drying technology, high drying capacity, reduced engery consumption. Compared with traditional drying methods, it save 25%energy.

5. Low adhesive usage. Electronic dosing is used.

6. Mat forming adopt advanced mechnanical calssifying mat forming. The unique spiral pattern of diamond rolls ensure ideal forming performance, increase the panel quality.

7. Multi-opening hot press with synchronized closing device, which ensures the synchronization and stability of plate moving, thus accurate panel thickness and reduce sanding amount.

8. Electrical control system: famous brand quality electric compoments and  PLC control systems.
