With different pressure,various of textures can be produced,such as glossy,matte,wood grain,marble etc.
The pressure can from 1200T to 3200T (based on 1220*2440mm board).
The raw board size : 1220*2440 / 1220*2745 / 1220*3050 / 1830*2440 / 2100*2800 / 1830*3660 etc. other size can
be customized.
The finished product can be processed to wardrobes,wallboard,flooring,furniture,etc.
Short cycle veneer hot press is a equipment used to attach wood veneer, decorative paper, plastic film, Melamine and other materials to the surface of the substrate (such as particleboard, medium density fiberboard(mdf), etc.). 1. Working principle
The short cycle melamine hot press machine tightly combines the finishing materials (such as veneer, decorative paper, etc.) with the substrate by heating and pressurizing. Its working process includes the following steps:
- Feed: Feed the substrate and finishing material into the hot press.
- Heating pressure: The material is heated and pressurized by the hot press plate to make the finishing material firmly bonded with the substrate.
- Cooling: After the pressurization is completed, the material is cooled quickly through the cooling system to fix the bonding effect.
- Discharge: The finished sheet is output from the hot press.
2. Main components
- Hot press plate: Usually made of high-strength steel, with internal heating pipes to provide uniform heat.
- Hydraulic system: provides stable pressure to ensure that the finishing material is tightly bonded to the substrate.
- Heating system: Electric heating, steam heating or oil heating is used to provide the required heat.
- Cooling system: Rapid cooling through water cooling or air cooling, fixed veneer effect.
- Control system: Using PLC or microcomputer control, to achieve accurate adjustment of temperature, pressure, time and other parameters.
